When you meet with Martin, you will have his undivided attention for the entire session. While he is focused on what his clients are doing for each rep, he expects the same amount of focus from his clients. With this dedication, the opportunity for his clients is maximized.
Martin views the muscles of your body as a puzzle that needs to be solved in order to achieve your goals in a safe, yet effective way. It’s a constant process of problem solving to make sure you are improving from exercise rather than getting worse.
Each individual is treated differently. Every clent gets their own exercises built for their capabilities. The only rules that Martin follows are the rules of the body – your body specifically – because that is all that matters!
When your muscles contract (aka are strong), they move your hips, shoulders, spine, ankles, etc. As we age, we lose muscle strength, which can result in less endurance, loss of flexibility, and in many instances — pain. It’s vital that we keep our muscles strong in order to live a healthy life.
